Compliance is our core today — the donation flow, 80G receipts, fund-utilization updates and the audit trail all run live on the platform. Which payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Donations and subscription payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a secure, RBI-authorized payment gateway. Cards, UPI and net banking are all supported for Indian customers.

Is donor and NGO data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sensitive fields like PAN numbers are encrypted at rest, every NGO's data is tenant-isolated, and the platform is built around DPDP Act 2023 consent requirements from day one — not retrofitted later.

Can a CSR corporate use this without an NGO subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Corporate Enterprise plan works independently and links to any NGO on the platform that you fund, giving your team a consolidated compliance and reporting view.

Do you support languages other than English?

The donor-facing donation flow supports English and Hindi at launch, with more Indian languages planned for a future release.

AI on Impact Saathi is opt-in and assistive only — think suggested SDG tags or a summarized board report. Every legally required field on a receipt or compliance record stays deterministic and rule-based, never AI-generated.
