1. Nature of the service
Impact Saathi is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods. All references to "delivery" in this policy concern the activation of your digital subscription and the delivery of digital communications such as 80G receipts and fund-utilization updates.
2. Account & workspace activation
Upon successful subscription signup:
- NGO and Corporate workspaces are typically activated within 1–2 business days of submitting your organisation details, subject to verification of NGO registration documents (12A, 80G, FCRA certificates) where applicable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your workspace is active and ready to use.
- If verification of your organisation's certificates cannot be completed, we will contact you to request additional documentation before activation.
3. 80G receipt delivery
For donations processed through the Platform, our service standard is to generate and deliver the 80G tax receipt to the donor's registered email address within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to email provider delays outside our control. Donors who do not receive a receipt within 24 hours should contact the receiving NGO or write to us at hello@impactsaathi.com.
4. Fund-utilization update delivery
Fund-utilization updates published by NGOs are queued for delivery to linked donors by email and WhatsApp. Delivery typically completes within a few minutes of publishing, subject to WhatsApp Business API template approval status and email provider performance.
5. Service availability
We aim for high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. In the event of a sustained outage affecting your ability to use paid features, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for applicable remedies.
