From our first public appearance at CSR Synergies 2026, to our Beta Launch, to hands-on demos with NGO and CSR leaders — every milestone on our journey.
Impact Saathi made its first public appearance at CSR Synergies 2026 — Innovations for Social Impact, hosted by Sharda Launchpad and the SDG Cell at Sharda University, Greater Noida on 22 May 2026.
The event brought together CSR professionals, NGO leaders, academics, startup founders, and policymakers. Against this backdrop, Impact Saathi was introduced to its first audience of 30+ NGO and CSR professionals — who witnessed a live platform demonstration showcasing donation compliance and automated 80G receipt features.
The Soft Launch marked Impact Saathi's entry into India's CSR ecosystem and validated the platform's core thesis: NGOs and CSR teams are ready for smarter compliance tools — they simply haven't had ones built specifically for them.

Impact Saathi's official Beta Launch took place on 18 July 2026 at the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Auditorium, Sharda University, as part of the "Transforming Innovations to Impact" symposium organised by Sharda Launchpad Federation in association with Vastav Intellect IP Solutions (VIIPS) and the IPR Cell, Sharda University.
The event celebrated the formal public launch of the Innovation Commercialisation and Technology Transfer Hub (ICTTH) and featured distinguished guests including Dr. Amit Sehgal (Director, Sharda Launchpad Federation), Dr. Bhuvnesh Kumar (Dean Research, Sharda University), Prof. Dr. Vinay Kumar Nangia (IIT Roorkee), Dr. Mahavir Singh (Former Scientist G, CSIR), and Dr. Venkatesh Bharti (Vastav Intellect IP Solutions).
The Beta Launch brought together academia, industry leaders, startup founders, investors and policy experts to witness Impact Saathi's vision of making every donation compliant, transparent and measurable — bringing India's NGO-CSR ecosystem one step closer to technology-driven social accountability.

Following the Beta Launch, the Impact Saathi team began a series of dedicated demo sessions with NGO administrators and CSR experts — conducting both in-person visits and online discussions to demonstrate the platform's capabilities and gather real-world feedback.
These sessions brought together Impact Saathi with organisations including Subhiksha Voluntary Organization and Sharda Welfare Foundation, along with sector expert Dr. Surabhi Yadav. Each session focused on the practical compliance challenges NGOs face — manual receipt generation, certificate tracking, donor communication — and how Impact Saathi solves them end-to-end.
The demo series represents Impact Saathi's commitment to building with the sector, not just for it — ensuring every feature responds to the real needs of the people who will use it daily.
